Building on the Basic Audio course, the Intermediate Audio course equips students with the ability to operate medium-to-large breakout rooms, as well as setup complex audio systems in large conference spaces. Students will learn in-depth audio theory, routing, dynamics processing and practical considerations for setting up larger audio systems. In addition, students will get hands-on time with large PA system management interfaces, digital consoles, and RTA tools.
To qualify for the Intermediate Audio course, students must have completed the Basic Audio course, or have a minimum of 200 hours of supervisor-approved hands-on experience with operating audio equipment at the Basic Audio level.
